Keep visiting the things you love. Search for healing in the works of art, in the outdoor spaces and indoor corners, in the books and songs and trees and people that inspire you. Find the things that make you happy. Listen to your feelings and your bodies and your minds and continue to nurture them, no matter how minuscule or silly or ineffectual those thing seem right now. Know you aren't alone.
We acknowledge the fact we "aren't in the same boat" with many of you, that your boat has been put into greater jeopardy than ours has. But when your boat starts sinking, we will follow you down, because there is absolutely no point in floating if we are not floating together.
